The hot tubs and pool are tested every morning to ensure the chemical levels meet required standards. Unfortunately there are situations where the level required cannot be achieved by chemicals alone. A common cause can be guests not showering prior to entering the hot tubs. When this happens, the tub(s) must be drained, cleaned and re-filled. This can be all 4 hot tubs during the busy winter season.
