COVID Operations Update:
With Summit County now falling under Level Green, the Columbine Pool and Hot Tub facility will resume operations with no reservation system. Gate codes for each building will be provided to each building by the HOA Manager no later than 5/28/2021. Please note that the CHOA Board of Directors and the HOA Manager reserve the right to change open dates, open times, and reservation requirement at any time without notice.
The Columbine HOA (CHOA) is a master HOA in Breckenridge, CO, consisting of 17 buildings in the Warrior’s Mark area. Warrior’s Mark is quietly nestled at the base of Peak 9 along the Blue River, a short walk to Main Street, and just steps from the epic Breckenridge Ski Resort. Each building is separately owned and managed by their own respective condo owners; however together we own and manage the a large heated swimming pool, 4 large hot tubs, a new club house with locker rooms, and surrounding walking trails including ownership of Blue River and Maggie’s Pond frontage.
A volunteer Board of Directors manages the community’s assets, partnering with Wood Winds Property Management for day-to-day operations. Annual meetings are held for individual owners’ representative as well as any condo owner that falls within the HOA bounds.
